So, I gave in for quite a while, but now I'm back!
It's been a long time but my health is getting worse, so it's now a major deal that I need to lose weight.
I found a RCC (Rosemary Conley Class) that I can go to straight from work on a Thursday, and the class leader is lovely, which makes a huge difference in my sticking to the diet/exercise.
So, I'm now on a low fat, portion controlled eating plan and trying to work out when I can get extra exercise fitted in. The plan says I can lose 14 pounds in the first month - I really hope I do!
First weigh in was last week, so I have updated my stats in the side bar and we will see how it goes.
