I am a certified Diet Distaster. I tried to keep to my calories, but it just wasn't happening today.
Went for a walk with my man to our local post office this evening. It's a 30 minute round trip and my feet were so sore that I was virtually ripping off my shoes and socks as I walked back into my house and filling up my FootSpa to soak my poor aching feet. (I couldn't have the massage function on though, because it makes the whole house vibrate!!!)
I am sooooo out of shape - I could even feel the build up of lactic acid popping in my thigh muscles!
I'm a bit worried about the Racew For Life this weekend now, because it's a 5K and I only walked about 1.5K last night.
