Well, after a disaster of a Saturday I totally redemed myself today.
I got up and went for a brisk walk/jog for half an hour and tracked my food all day - even had salad for dinner!
I feel like I have a lot of energy at the moment, it's just the motivation (or lack of!) holding me back. I'm doing the 5K Race For Life next Sunday and have not trained at all - I bet I end up walking a lot of it, especially the hills!
Tomorrow is a new day and the start of a new week - let's see how it goes!
