Stay the same

Stayed the same this week at my weigh in. I didn't stay for the exercise as I would have been coughing, wheazing and spreading germs to the rest of the class.

I have a plan, though... Over the weekend I'm going to drink lots of fruit juice and water to get my fluid levels back up. I'm going to stick to my calories and exercise if I'm well enough, and hopefully I should see a loss next week.

I always consider staying the same a plus, shows you are naturally maintaining!
