I've been having a rough couple of weeks - even my man says that I've been down. I think I understand why: I've missed a couple of RCC (Rosemary Conley Classes), not drunk enough water and I've not been watching what I eat as carefully as I should.
Back to basics for me, then.
Track food, track water, get more exercise - it sounds so simple, but if you're not 100% motivated it just ain't going to happen.
I chatted with my friend Kim, who is also struggling at the moment, and we have decided to challenge ourselves - '7 pounds in 7 weeks' - yes, I know that's not earth shattering but start small, 1 pound a week is totally do-able.
Right, Kim. Off your arse, get set, GO!
