Where the heck did today go?! One minute it was 9.30am and the next time I looked it was time to go home!
I was really pleased at my RCC this week - I lost 2 pounds! I think it's because we've been for a walk most evenings to strengthen up man's leg. It's also been great training for the Race For Life this weekend.
I think I'm going to get into walking/jogging more. I enjoy getting out and I'm feeling better for it. I'll wait until after the weekend then make myself a plan.
